Welcome Lauren

BTGA would like to give a warm welcome to our new hire, Lauren Ostrzyzek. Lauren comes to us with a B.S. in Interior Architecture and Design, and dual Master’s degrees in Preservation and Architecture from Roger Williams University. Originally from New Jersey, Lauren was drawn to Rhode Island by the history of our buildings, and it’s what has kept her here after leaving RWU. Lauren is excited to join BTGA, grow as a designer, and get her hands on our preservation projects! She enjoys the challenge of architecture, and the discovery of a historic structure’s unique story, saying “I think it’s important to recognize the balance between challenging new or dated ideas and/or methodologies and respecting the traditional and historical legacy that has brought design and construction capabilities to where they are now. The art of design is always evolving and it’s important to keep an open mind!” Welcome to the BTGA team!
