Masterplanning

Masterplanning is essential for many clients to ensure efficient use of funding and plan for long term needs. The first step in any good master plan is stakeholder buy-in. Our design charettes are a town-hall model, engaging usergroups and encouraging collaboration.  Numerous colleges, universities, municipalities, faith communities, and even State agencies have found our thoughtful masterplanning techniques create a comprehensive plan with a clear path forward. We focus on your vision, your priorities, and your individual needs. We provide accurate cost estimating, essential for understanding funding needs and supporting many of our clients’ fundraising efforts.

Feasibility Study and Masterplan

I could not have been happier with the final result. We produced a ‘Centenary Master Plan’ that achieved nearly universal support. The success of this process was in large part due to the firm’s ability to smoothly facilitate group interaction. Brewster Thornton also brought the highest standards of architectural competence to our parish. Invariably I found that Brewster Thornton had the insight and experience needed to accomplish our goal. St. Augustine’s, our neighboring parish, had a similar experience.
