Residential

Patrick Connors AIA and Mary Dorsey Brewster AIA have created numerous  attention getting residences for families throughout Rhode Island and New England. Each design is the result of a client-centric process that enables us to uniquely suit individual clients and add delight to daily living.

Our interview process helps us identify the most important elements to you and use them as a basis of a new design. We start with the largest elements in the design and later drill down into the details, offering options and listening carefully to input. We are looking for opportunities to add daylight, celebrate views, and create people centered gathering spaces.

As you look at our projects, please notice that they are as individual as our clients. There are no cookie cutter solutions!

[BTGA] brought inspiration, vision, and professionalism to a year-long gut rehab project to a 92-year old house that sorely needed it. We are 110% delighted with the final product - and are grateful that we selected Brewster Thornton as our architect. The project came in on schedule, on budget and fully met our expectations for livability and beauty. I am a raving fan - and happily recommend [BTGA] to anyone that asks.
