Since 2001, BTGA’s work at J&W has included renovation of 3 floors of 32 faculty offices, creating a new downtown security dispatch office in a historic storefront, designing their Center for Entrepreneurship – a Governor’s Center for Excellence program, renovating the campus Center for Career Development with 2 phased relocation of staff, and masonry restoration for 4 different brick, limestone, and terracotta buildings circa 1790, 1869, 1889, and 1924. Faculty offices in Xavier Hall included extensive additional scope for IT wiring and was the only project that year on campus to open on time before the start of classes. Historic masonry restoration at Xavier Dormitory included full exterior assessment reports and budgeting prior to construction, phased over 3 summers. Our relationship with J&W is built on our ability to provide clear, well-documented reports, produce comprehensive working documents in a short timeframe, and stay within budget.
