A parish-wide series of workshops and design reviews were conducted over eight months to produce a plan for future improvements and on-going care for this complex of convent, church, school, priory, parking, and playground. A widely-supported, congregation-sanctioned plan was adopted to replace a previously rejected effort by a prior administration. Renovations to the existing parish hall and school are planned and necessary fire alarm system renovations have been ongoing. 

BTGA has remained involved as a hourly consultant advising on the incremental building projects now in progress. A complete survey of existing conditions with phased-over-time maintenance and repair estimates was included as part of this planning.
