A quick response time was the key to initiating this project in Barrington. The family was intent on purchasing a house in the neighborhood they had fallen in love with. After they quickly identified a fixer-upper, BTGA became instrumental in getting the zoning that has enabled project stages to follow through in rapid succession. The renovation features an expanded footprint for functional accessory spaces, a bright kitchen with an open floor plan to accommodate dining and entertaining a large family and guests, a wrap around porch for indoor living that transitions to an outdoor space that can accommodate the avid gardener’s future landscaping visions, a new second floor master suite, and a new 2.5 car detached garage containing second floor storage. The house is currently in construction and following safety guidelines for COVID-19.
