BTGA Employee Spotlight

Anjali Dole

Anjali Dole is a prime member of our Project Management team. She has been working on BTGA institutional projects for 4 years, and has been responsible for some of our key successes. These projects include the ramp at CCRI Knight Campus and interior renovations at the Peck Center in Barrington, RI. Her strength in visualization and organization are based on the best advice she has been given: “The world makes way for the man (woman) who knows where he (she) is going” a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson

She has trained both in Mumbai and New York City and has a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from Pratt Institute. She and her husband have two lively boys. She enjoys cooking projects with her family and friends. If she won the lottery tomorrow, she would pick up her camera and travel around the world. And we would happily tag along!

Anjali’s favorite part of a project is watching sketches and then drawings being transformed into reality. What she loves about BTGA is that every project is unique, and each provides an opportunity for creativity. Fortunately for us, she did not follow through on her first career aspiration, which was to be a Bharatanatyam Dancer. But her fascination with the visual and her strong work ethic would have served her well there too!
