Hailey Stanley, Senior Job Captain

As a Senior Job Captain at BTGA, Hailey is inspired most by seeing a design come to life and knowing that each intentional decision made throughout the process will have a meaningful impact on people's comfort and well-being. That human-centered approach is at the heart of her work at BTGA and reflects the thoughtfulness and creativity she brings to each project.

Hailey holds two design degrees: a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Mount Ida College. She is an NCIDQ-certified professional and LEED Green Associate. With a background that spans architecture and interior design, Hailey brings a unique perspective to every project. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, sustainable environments that meet client needs while enhancing the everyday experience of the people who use them.

When asked what advice she would give someone interested in joining BTGA, Hailey's answer reflects her own approach to professional growth:

"Be curious, be adaptable, and don't be afraid to ask questions. It's the fastest way to learn."

Her passion for design extends beyond the office. Hailey enjoys baking, decorating, and finding creative ways to transform interior spaces.
