The Community College of Rhode Island requested design and bid documents for the renovation of the existing President’s House on the Knight Campus. BTGA evaluated the building interior; met with the administration, historic, and permitting agencies; and worked with the College to determine the requirements for a livable, attractive, and historically sensitive renewal of the residence. The residence sits on a portion of the 80-acre Knight Campus and features Federal and Greek Revival architectural detailing.
