The JWU Criminal Justice program combined with the Arts & Sciences developed an educational program that taught students about the complex and dynamic fields within law enforcement. As educational styles advance, the standard classrooms the department was teaching in became antiquated. As part of the design, BTGA renovated an under utilized office suite to provide classrooms that incorporated needed lab equipment and advanced teaching technologies. A staged crime scene space was designed to give students hands-on experience that can adapt to different scenarios. BTGA provided large glass windows from the main corridor. This gave life to the program and added a highly anticipated stop on prospective student tours. As part of this project, BTGA also renovated the convenient store and bookstore on the lower level.
