Numerous open and closed porches, decks, and trellis wrap the house and garage. Shingle style details tie the house to it historic neighbors. The house was limited to a specific footprint and raised to keep it out of flood zones.

Inside, the living spaces flow into one another for easy, open summer living for an active family. Storage is tucked everywhere. A back entrance corrals sand tracked in from the beach before it gets in the house.
