Beach-Chic

The goal with the renovation of this coastal home was to make more room for get-togethers, and it now has fun spaces for family and guests. Without expanding the footprint, we were able to rework the floorplan — adding a 5th bedroom and a 3rd bathroom — to bump up the number of people that could be accommodated. European styling and design were utilized in the bathrooms to make the most of the slightly smaller spaces. A cozy loft in the bedroom area not only adds capacity but, with all the built-in storage, also makes for the perfect kids’ hang out spot. The easy-flow open concept living area on the first floor is the ideal place to gather and entertain, complete with a beach-themed bar!
